She was born in Athens, lives in Rafina. She studied at the Philosophical University of Athens where she continued with postgraduate degrees in the field of psychology. She worked for many years as a psychotherapist. At the same time, she participated in a series of workshops on photography, cinematography, documentary, screenwriting and cinematography. Now she is active in the field of photography, documentary and podcast. Creator of two documentary films with which she participated in the festivals of Chalkida and Ierapetra – in the latter she received the first prize of the Festival in 2017 for her film "Into her Embrace". Producer of the "Treasures in Pocket" podcast.

She is in the process of shooting for her third film.
