Angelos Kovotsos
Film & TV Director
Angelos Kovotsos was born in Athens. He studied film directing at Stavrakos Film School. As director and screenwriter wrote and directed over 100 documentaries for TV and movie - theaters. He has been awarded twice at Thessaloniki Documentary Film Festival. Participant in the workshops of BDC Discoveries and Script Development Program MEDEA. Member of "Smiling Sketches" production company. Tutor and coordinator in documentary seminars as an expert. Collaborator of Chania Film Festival EDU and Story Doc organization. Member of juries at Greek and international festivals.Member of the board of Greek Documentary Association. He has Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.
